Join us in discussing topics and themes that cover imagination, participation, collective action, mass tourism, migration, the age of information and more. By reflecting on the strides made by past giants, participants are encouraged to engage in meaningful dialogue and action that prioritizes shared well-being.

Antonia Maria Cirer Costa

Biologist
I am a biologist from Ibiza and I have observed and studied the Ibiza wall lizard since more 50 years ago. This lizard is a great living evolutionary example. With that propose I studied Evolution with Dr. Prevosti and Ecology with Dr. Margalef in Barcelona University. I finished my doctoral thesis in 1987, supervised by Dr. Martinez-Rica, on lizards populations in all the Pitiusen Islands. I have been Biology, Geology and Earth Science professor, but now I am retired.

Ambientóloga, máster en paisaje y doctora en ecología acuática, con más de 20 años de experiencia en consultoría ambiental. Mi carrera va desde la empresa privada, la investigación, administración pública, también como directora general y consultoría ambiental por cuenta propia. Actualmente soy técnico superior en cambio climátco. Soy colaboradora del Grupo de Ecología Interdisciplinar (UIB) y Observatorio del Agua (UIB). Mis temas principales son: ecología acuática; soluciones basadas en la naturaleza; gestión integral del cliclo del agua; infraestructura Verde y Regeneración de ecosistemas.

Coco Francavilla

Sound Engineer and Composer
Coco Francavilla is a multi-faceted artist, composer and sound engineer based in Ibiza, where she founded WIDER SOUNDS recording studio and MusicForTheSea.org, an NGO bridging electronic music with marine conservation. With 20+ years in the industry, her evocative music has captivated audiences at Sonar, Mutek and Glastonbury. Known for collaborations with icons like Tricky, she has toured with Afterlife and scored films and trailers like Blade Runner 2049. Through her work, Coco invites us to reconnect with ourselves, nature and the ocean believing in music’s power to inspire positive change.

Ezequiel Pini, known as Six N. Five, is an award-winning Argentinian digital artist based in Barcelona. Over the past decade, he has pioneered the use of 3D to craft dreamlike worlds with a clean, modern aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from nature, spaces, and cultures, Pini blends architecture, landscaping, and cinematography to reimagine natural beauty. Known for his collaborations with top brands and creators, his work includes installations, global exhibitions, and wallpapers for Microsoft Windows 11. His refined imagination and poetic compositions make him a standout in digital artistry.

Kath Berry

Women's Health Specialist
Kath Berry is a women’s health specialist with over 30 years clinical experience, and qualifications in acupuncture and a Master of Science research degree. In 2023, she published ‘Menopause: A Comprehensive Guide for Practitioners’, the world’s first evidence-based textbook on traditional Chinese and East Asian medicine for menopause. Kath runs an online education company that has trained over 10,000 acupuncturists worldwide. Kath loves to empower women through courses on enhancing health, achieving balance, promoting confidence, and encouraging sexual vibrancy.

Soy Óscar Camps, fundador de Open Arms, una ONG que rescata a personas en el Mediterráneo. Nací en 1963 en Barcelona y trabajé como socorrista y formador en técnicas de rescate. En 2015, ante la crisis migratoria en Europa, decidí crear Open Arms para ofrecer ayuda a quienes arriesgan sus vidas en el mar. Mi compromiso va más allá del rescate; busco concienciar sobre la dignidad de las personas vulnerables y abogar por políticas más justas. Sigo trabajando con mi equipo, con la esperanza de inspirar a otros a unirse a esta causa humanitaria.

Robert Trafford is journalist by training, and an assistant director with Forensic Architecture, an human rights research agency based at Goldsmiths, University of London. There, he leads investigative research projects, writes and edits for exhibitions and publications, and supports other team members to bring investigations to publication, and to think about how research can be activated in pursuit of accountability.

Born, raised and currently living on the island of Ibiza, Rolf grew up immersed in the local culture and now heads the family architectural design office founded in 1967. Dedicated to studying, preserving and evolving traditional Ibicenco building in areas of dry zone architecture that share a common root throughout the world.

Death Doula
Sierra Campbell is an Elder Care and End-of-Life Educator dedicated to transforming how we approach aging and end-of-life care. After establishing home health and wellness services in the United States post-college, Sierra spent a decade caring for more than 100 elders during their final years.

Trevor Wallace

Expedition Leader and Filmmaker
I’m an explorer, artist, and filmmaker based in Kaua’i, Hawai’i. As Vice President of Research and Education at The Explorers Club, I manage grant programs that fund field science expeditions around the globe. In 2018, I was honored as New Explorer of the Year for my work uncovering the oldest Scythian tomb. I currently lead shipwreck excavations in Menorca and mentor future explorers through field schools. In Kaua’i, I collaborate with Native Hawaiian communities to protect sacred sites, partner with the local museum, and teach media workshops for youth.
