An MBBS graduate from Government Medical College, Bhavnagar, he has explored diverse fields—from healthcare management in Canada to yogic sciences in India. His experiences range from working as a Preventive and Social Medicine Tutor and a Child and Youth Development Worker to immersing himself in advanced yoga and meditation programs at the Isha Yoga Center. Passionate about integrating medical science with yogic science, he is deeply inspired by the potential of ancient wisdom and contemporary science to transformation of lives. From his perspective education can be transformed into a system that nurtures not just professional growth but also the holistic evolution of individuals into fully blossomed human beings.

Dr. Kavita Sharma is an experienced and passionate educator with over 30 years in teaching and school leadership. She started her career after completing a B.Sc. + B.Ed. at the Regional Institute of Education, Mysore, and holds Master’s degrees in Zoology and Education, as well as a Ph.D. in Education. She has earned multiple awards, including the "Progressive Principal of India 2017" and "Principal of the Year" by Times of India.
Dr. Sharma believes in creating learning environments that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. She introduced nonviolent communication to help students become compassionate leaders. Known for her dedication and innovative teaching methods, Dr. Sharma is committed to helping students grow and succeed. Inspired by the wisdom of Kabir, she lives by the motto: "Awake, arise, and stop not till thy goal is achieved."

As the founder of The Padate Project, she works to make menstrual hygiene a right, not a privilege, ensuring that comfort, sustainability, and disposal are prioritized when addressing period poverty. Through innovative programs like "PadSisters," she bridges the urban-rural gap, creating a direct impact model where donors take part in tangible change. Her experiences in community service have humbled and inspired her, offering insights into diverse sub-cultures and communities. She also provides CSR guidance to companies and is deeply passionate about the art and importance of communication.
Ms. Krupa Nishar

Krupa Nishar is a passionate Forensic Psychologist, researcher, and educator dedicated to exploring the intersections of crime, justice, and human behavior. With a Master’s in Forensic Psychology from Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, she has worked extensively with law enforcement, correctional institutions, and academia. She has led research on recidivism for the Ministry of Home Affairs, served as an Assistant Professor at NFSU, and collaborated with crime branches and forensic institutes. As a consultant, mentor, and resource person, she shares insights on deception detection, police culture, and trauma psychology. Her work bridges science and justice, contributing to a safer and more informed society.
Ms. Saumya Sheth

Saumya is a 17-year-old student, social worker, writer, and above all, an optimist who believes change in this challenging world is possible. Committed to creating equitable opportunities, she balances academics with advocating for marginalized communities through her NGO, Sahayta Square. As a YRSI research scholar, she realised that dismantling entrenched belief systems and societal structures requires change from the very root, achievable most effectively through education. With a fierce passion for law, climate justice, and storytelling, Saumya envisions an energetic youth driven by knowledge and empathy. She wishes to use the TEDx platform to encourage the audience to critically confront and rethink internalised beliefs, and take compassion-driven action.
